Quick question, if your applying for a Trucking Company and they saw or heard something they dont like from your previous/current employer, will they report that to DAC?

nooo. prospective employer can't touch your dac unless you go to orientation and sign on the line accepting the job. if you were a good employee. and the previous employer says bad things about you. then that should tell you what kind of person you worked for...
Shawhawk Thanks this. -
No Shawhawk they can only post information that is relevant to their company and only if you are an employee.
A tip for the future...many times a driver can dispute erroneous info or even info he deserved. During the dispute the company has to respond with proof. Otherwise the info is removed. Many times old employers don't want the hassle of handling old ex-driver disputes.
You started driving just about the time DAC/Hireright had to pay a class action lawsuit to many drivers for erroneous info. They are kind of gun shy to disputes now.Shawhawk Thanks this. -
If they do sue the crap out of them.
