I was fuelling the other day and witnessed some very bizarre behavior.

The driver fuelled his vehicle. He was dressed in tidy, casual wear - jeans, a button down shirt and a modest cowboy hat. He appeared to have had a shower recently.

Then - aghast as I was at his appearance, he completed fuelling, and pulled his rig forward to the pay line. Strange, that he would want to let some other driver use the pumps, but anyhow . . .

Then - if this wasn't enough - he returned to the truck after paying, and drove around to a parking spot and went in AGAIN!! :biggrin_2552:

He returned with a sandwich and we witnessed him consuming said sandwich in his truck.

    Let's recap folks.

    1 - Tidily dressed.
    2 - Clean
3 - Pulled forward after fuelling
4 - Parked before buying his McDees.

This is some pretty weird stuff, don't you agree? Can anybody explain to me what we witnessed?

P.S. - Kudos to Trail liner from Springfield,MO at Sky City on Monday afternoon around 3pm. You give me hope.

I believe that strange behavior you saw is what they call ----- wait for it ----

PROFESSIONALISM. Sadly, a term and behavior unknown to many.

Hmm I dont see the problem? I know that I am always spotless clean and wear only name brand outfits. I change clothes if I see my clothes look like they need to be washed. I donate my clothes to goodwill if they have a hole in them or look faded.

Aaah, sadly we didn't get to road test this odd animal that we stumbled upon - but who knows? He may have even maintained a safe following distance !

We'll be back on safari on Thursday and will conduct more research from afar of this strange thing we have named PRE FISH ANALISSUM.

NewNashGuy - look, I love you to bits man, but you're going to have to switch on that comedy button in your head at some stage.

It's an age old thread that gets attacked and hacked and thrashed out over the same old 'lack of courtesy' behavior out here, and I thought I'd just swipe it from a different side - bit of sarcasm/cynicism/comedy.

More often now, GOOD behavior sticks out like dogs proverbials, because I'm surrounded by bad acting - especially on that corridor.

And dude! Drop that name brand stuff off at my house when you're done with it!

All that extra stuff he done he must have been on crack. :biggrin_2552:

Are you sure it was a sandwich in the bag? I bet it was a side salad with vinaigrette dressing. :)

You must be kidding because the behavior you seem to be reporting normal where I am from.
