I'm running down to Miami and need to run the toll road, gotta make the most of my time. I'll be running from the 328 on 75 in wildwood to Miami, looks like I'll be getting on to 595. Does anyone know how much cash I'll need to run down there? Thanks!

Just stay on 95, traffic is just as bad on either and at the most you might save 20 - 30 mins. Sometimes not. Not worth the added cost to me. So many different way through Fl with out paying tolls for roads that were once free.

Snow birds be here soon. They ruin all the toll road,.. well they screw up pretty much any road they travel and group together on. Imagine a bunch of ducks and geese waddling by the pond. putting Flashers on when it rains and then riding the left or middle lane at 35 mph. No road in Florida is safe.

I'm coming in from Texas, it's less miles from 75 to the turnpike to 95. I kinda have to go that way, lol. I could run all the way over to 95, but I want to get a 34 in tonight and I'll be a little pressed for time. It's 729 miles from where I am right now, so that's a full day's drive.

According to the toll calculator, the cash toll from Wildwood to Ft. Pierce is $34.50. Jump off there and catch I-95 the rest of the way. If you take it further down to Golden Glades just north of Miami it's $60.70. I have sunpass and save about $5 on the Ft. Pierce ride, but never take the FTP all the way to Miami.

Just make sure where you exit that they have attendant to take cash, I think I read somewhere they were eliminating a few cash tolls to be sunpass only.

FYI the places where it's worth it to avoid toll roads are Orlando and south of Ft. Pierce on the FTP. Orlando toll roads make the PA turnpike blush.

I just spent $55.00 on tolls from Wildwood to almost Miami. Rip off. I agree with taking 95.
