I received a email that said they didn't term me out till 9/27/2014 that i need to send logs for that time period to be DOT compliant. >_> seem like there messing with me. What should i do. Closest trans flo machine is exit 211 in virginia which is 60 miles away gas is expensive. Plus a 8mpg pick up seemz like a was of time.

Make a phone call to the Safety/HR dept and find out what's going on. If you do need to send logs then filling out 'no driving' for 4 weeks is quick and easy and a mail stamp is cheap, or scan and email them.

    Tell them to pound sand..
If 2 missing logs(yes its only 2)is the worst thing they can say about you then..Congratulations,you were a good driver for them.

Ok thank you Schneider is so far the worst company I had to work with everyone from the TE OSR DBL just get off on fN you. been working for a daycab company since 8/26/14 so I don't even know if I should account for that on the logs its a run within a 100 mile of my operating center so I don't have to follow the 14 hour rule.

    a little confused.

u quit on Aug 26. and they want logs for September 27th at your new job? ?

wouldn't think they we're entitled to anything past your last day.

You turned in your logs already; they lost them. You're only responsible for the last 7 days which is from today & back up 8 days. You threw all other logs away that are over 7 days old. Looks as if you're DOT compliant, but Schneider isn't.

You quit 08/26 and they want logs for the period from 8/26 til 09/27? Email them back and tell them you will send the logs as soon as you receive the payment for that months work at a rate of $25/hr for 14 hours a day. 31x14x$25=$10580.00 less taxes, of course. Then see if they still need the logs for days you didn't work for them.
