X factor- why not conduct surveys on all drivers. Thing is that
They don't like all drivers. Especially experienced one's who might have a mind of their own.

As our country grows more and more towards corporate America these mega companies grow more powerful every day with campaign funds, high doller lawyer's and lobbiest.

They only want to here from the new guy who the mega companies go through thousands of each year.

Things like Pre Pass, GPS ,Qual com,E logs all work for the good of corporate America.

It used be you really had to work to get things done now almost any lazy #### that can half way drive can do just the way the megas wants it.

As a matter of fact these companies have become more like schools an truck dealerships than trucking companies. As the abuse they put out which cause's a higher turn over rate witch produces more student loans more lease purchases out does the money being made on the freight they hual. With less feed back from your experienced drivers making it off the will of those trying to get they're foot in the door.

As these companies make little money off the freight they pull they turned loans and leases as a source income. Enabling them to out bid others on major contracts. As they make money by valume not by load.

Megas making money volume at the exoeince of the driver.

Company's can and do lease trucks several times over, going through several drivers before getting paid off.

These companies get over on the on the ambition of new people wanting to come in the industry and pretty much have the red carpet laid out for them with the loans leases and all they're electronics to make it easier for them.

Corporate control IS NOT a good thing. Sorry, I'm not a robot or a puppet for some empty suit who could care less about what I do and bows down to suckle on the teats of some shareholders. Corporations are not people my friend. And while I'm at it, they're not your friend.

No to be honest, it would be nice to see more power and influence go to smaller middle class companies who are more oppt. to hire your more experienced drivers.

But as far as government or corprat control it's hard to tell what the #### difference is .Do to corporate cash that influence government from cash contributions and campaign funding.

What you fail to see is our peezy government who apeez corp America including our mega carriers who are more oppt to hire new drivers. Who concist of a majority of newer drivers.

Say Mormanman I might of been a little harsh on my post Im quick to jump like that also just to set things right class have nothing to with this topic because it strickley business. I feel that people from all ranges society have wisddom that can help us all.

But I just feel that with the fmca just conducting interviews with only new drivers are only gathering feedback to work with these major motor cariers.

I think it would only be right to have a wider range of input from all levels of experience.
