    :biggrin_2551:Marine d3 I bought on amazon lowered my blood pressure better than using NO2 , nitric oxide and Heart And Body Extract I bought on amazon. Now I can Pass the physical and get a Medical Card to complete orientation. my blood pressure was at 157/109 now its 138/95 just because of marine d3. now I can get a truck driving job and don't have to worry about getting sent home from orientation from failing the physical.:biggrin_25514:

    yes that is low enough But, dont get nervos when they take your bp reading or it will go over. im on 2 meds an its down in the 120 to 130 range. and they are cheap $ 4 bucks ea. Good luck !

    I get my meds for free at Publix..lisinoprol,metformin and another 1 is free.

    Sometimes I think that these snake oil remedies only make one think they actually work. To not have proper doctor prescribed meds (in my opinion), may do more harm than good. Then too, if one feels the need to circumvent a DOT physical, what else will that person do to say, do illegal drugs?

    I'll stick with the tried and true only sure fire way to help me, and that is take doctor prescribed meds. I'll leave the "experimentation" to those that believe to circumvent proper procedures is a way out of the real facts.
