Company I started with 18 months ago made me get sleep study with their doctor on their dime. Guess what, I had it. Shocking right??? Left that company 5 months later. Went to company im with now. Reported it on my medical card. Doc said next time she wanted 3 months of print outs from my mach ine and was given one year because of diabetes. Coming up on one year in Mah and trying to decide if going to stay with this company or local. If I go local, I know Ill need new pbysical am I required to report my sleep apneia??? If I dont report it with current company will they notice??? Also, am I required to see same doctor or can I go to anhone as lomg as company approves???

You are legally required to tell the truth, I believe. Have you been using your machine? Medical cards are more "ON THE RECORD" then ever before. Do the right thing and you won't have the stress and worry that you will get caught, right?
Puppage Thanks this. -
Yeah, I have been using it, that isnt my concern, when i left my first company the machine had a modem that uploaded results to company that was monitioring, they took that modem, not sure if machine is recording results, and dont know where to go to get results printed out.

You could look up the machine info online. They might even have a video showing you how to do that. It should have a card that you would take to the doctor with you I think. Since the new medical requirements, I think the apnea will be on your record somewhere. Good Luck!

If the new company wants a new physical, then let that doctor decide.
