A friend of mine is a tanker yanker and the other day he was driving through Arkansas when this driver almost hit him on purpose for accidently cutting him off. Luckily he was empty and my friend is a good driver otherwise there would have been a major catastrophe.

    Hull Transport: Truck # 135 is the ####### :biggrin_25526:

Did he send this video to the company? Crazy how people can treat big rigs like they're toys.

Yea, hull break checked him after passing.... but to ride in the left lane at the same speed as the Hull truck for 4 minutes is stupid!!!! Either pass him, or back off and let him go, but to hold up traffic like that on that stretch of I40 is stupid.

There is no excuse for what that driver did, BUT, whats the other side of the story? He must of cut him off big time. And it looks like your friend likes staying on the passing lane side. That would get anyone upset who has to get up and go.

I'm going to have to be honest here.

The recording vehicle - riding in the left lane and creeping on traffic is annoying to others, well - at least to me it is.

The Hull truck - follows too close to other traffic, also annoying to others, well - at least to me it is.

The brake check ? Must have ANNOYED the Hull truck some how . . .

Best remedy, after that little incident? . . . . Back off to 55, take a break, pull off at an exit for 5 minutes, re-evaluate, and rectify behavior.

Both are naughty children and will be sent to bed WITHOUT supper.
