Here's a safety lesson for you. Especially you new guys. SPEED KILLS. Each one of these videos has that in common. Speed. The first 3 are in inclement weather. The last is not. But snow, rain, ice, fog, or a mountain pass. Or even dry level road, accidents can and do happen. You need to be alert and in control at all times. No playing on your phone. No daydreaming about the chick you wanna nail. And drive for conditions. Not just weather conditions. But traffic conditions. As a professional driver, you need to be cognizant of everything around you and everything happening around you. In each one of these serious accidents, these drivers were not doing any of the above. Each one of these wrecks not only has big money pricetags attached to them, but also the lives that they have destroyed. Careers gone in a second.

 

I want you new drivers to look at each of these 4 accidents and tell me how they could have been prevented. What could have changed the outcome here? What would you have done? What could you have done? This is real safety and accident avoidance 101. We are going to help you avoid what looks to be unavoidable. These accidents DID NOT need to happen. I'm going to post more accidents and we are going to go through each scenario of how each one could have been avoided. We are all responsible adults and professional drivers. Class is in session.
