I need some help guys, I've been looking all over the place online to see if there is a excemotion for aggregate haulers in arizona
I've been trucking for a while but I was told there is laws for aggregate haulers. I ask because
A rookie officer face me a ticket for 2700 over on tandems. I was only 78,700. Would not allow me to shovel
And can't slide 5th wheel loaded. Any help or suggestions. I can't afford a ticket. Thanks...

    you can slide 5th loaded.
    1 drop landing gear
    2. unlock 5th wheel
    3. rock the truck forward/backward to disengage pins
    4. move the truc forward(get weight OFF drives)

but your not going to get 2700 lbs off drives.

many times the landing gear on a gravel trailer is not made to support a loaded trailer. so it is very possible that he couldn't slide the 5th loaded.

not familiar with az law but here they allow you a small amount if it is field loaded (no scales available) and even that might be a officer discretion thing.
