I posted in " Questions for new drivers ". but it was suggested that i post this question in the " Experienced Truckers' Advise " so here it goes again.

please, im asking that only current Werner drivers reply to this post, not people who USED to or who are about to start working there, but the people who are actually behind the wheel of a Werner truck at this present time.
    that being said.
I want to know what driving for Werner is really truly like?
is it as scary as it seems based upon the post that i have read on this site?
as i am sure that most of the bad post are from former drivers who are just here to vent cause the got fired for whatever reasson.
based on what i have read about Werner on this page, i am kind of lerry about starting at this company, however im just about out of options here
( speeding ticket (20mph over) almost 3 years ago, only 22 years old stopping me from most other companies )
I just want to no if it is as bad as it seems, im looking to start there at the end of this month, the 25, but i need to hear from current werner drivers only, please.

The wife and I are a team. We have worked for Werner about 16 months. We are treated very good. We were put on a dedicated account after three months on 'Team Werner'.
From what we have seen, if you deliver on time, do not hassle the dispatchers (VERY IMPORTANT), and generally toe the line then you will do very good. As in most companys, teams get treated a little better than the solos. Plenty of solo drivers, not enough teams, so they are can afford to be a little pickier about solos.
A word of warning about that speeding ticket. This past summer, so many drivers got tickets and the company's rating was getting too high, so they changed policies about tickets. Werner policy right now is that a single moving violation is cause for termination. I have not heard of anyone actually getting fired, but with 7000+ drivers who knows.
I see some drivers driving older trucks, but I see most new drivers getting new, or very low mileage trucks. We got a new 587 pete in Oct. Our first truck was a Prostar, with 142,000 miles. We drove it 200,000 miles. We have put 75,000 miles on the pete. We base in Dallas. There a about 200 new Petes waiting for drivers. We drive past the Springfield Ohio terminal frequently and they have a lot of new Petes and some Kenworths, I think. Hard to see for sure at 65 mph at night from I-70. Most trucks are governed at 65, but some are set at 63.
We have very few complaints and those are minor. Of course, we would like to make more money, but the pay is inline with the other large training companies.
Our orginal thought was to start looking for a better company when we got a year experience. We have not seen any company that we believe would be any better. The promises in the ads in the trucker magazines are no better than what we have already, so why would we change?
We started at 28cpm, but we have had two increases and now at 38cpm. We average about 5500 miles a week, but it varies wildly. We have run 7000+ miles several times and less than 4500 several times. Just have to learn to go with the flow. We have no monthly payments except phone and broadband, so we can deal with the wild swings in the paychecks easily.
    Hope this helped you.
