i'll throw something in the slow cooker a couple times during the week, it's usually a roast or the sort that way i can have leftovers the next day. its a great way to save money.

i have a fridge, a small charcoal grill, a "pizza oven", a butane gas cooktop, and i eat GOOD!!!!

what do you do with the hot coals when your done ? -
it is very efficient so i only use about 10-15 briquettes to cook a steak. burns out in an hour or 2 -
sounds good. i have thought about grabbing a small propane grill for the truck. -
I saw a guy using one of those at a truck stop in Wilson, WI. He cooked his food, let it cool. Cleaned it up and put it away. -
