Roehl, Expedited, Swift.........

Just need some advice in all ways. I am burnt out on delivering water daily. I am looking at something else. The reason for these 3 companies is no bus trip. I dont want to set foot on another bus anytime soon. Worst way to travel. Roehl and Swift in Gary, IN. Express 1 expedited in Buchanan, MI. Me living in Southwest MI. I could drive to each one. Swift obviously my last choice. I dont have much experience in tractor trailer. Been at this job 7 months and have driven maybe 6000 miles in my tractor trailer. More often in a 24' straight truck. Possibly 20,000 miles there give or take. Any advice on these guys?? Any other good leads someone might know in the area? I trust most here more than recruiters at jobs so all info and advice is as always appreciated.

Chuck

If you go with Swift, like I am, they have a terminal in Gary, but they send you to Memphis on a bus, you can drive your own car but they only reimburse your fuel equal to the cost of a bus ticket

They dont do orientation in Gary anymore? They were going to send me there about 7 or 8 months ago. I never left because when they gave me all the info for the hotel I called the day before and the hotel didnt have a contract with swift. So I stayed home. Didnt want to deal with getting out there and nowhere to go. I am looking at them again only cuz I want to get OTR. And with so few miles I am limited.
