| Any other job,you will probably get a quick response---but since the first letter in "trucking" is an "F".....interstate trucking companies use their interstate status to avoid paying overtime to hourly drivers,nothing ever seems to come from it |

| cheated Seems to me you screwed up and want them to pay for it.A lot of these companies get charged for being early or late.i would just move on its a sign of the times.youre just an expendable commodity |

Effective 1/1/09 they can check them. Companies are now required to have them on file for 6 months. At McLousy as he called them, all quallcom messages were deleted prior to December 31. I noticed that all previous messages were gone including the directions for the load. |

| Can a company force drivers on the per diem pay plan? Company is in WI and I live in Tn. It seems to me the feds would not allow this since it robs the system of revenue.

| The company can delete all the messages they want from their QC, BUT QC keeps them on their servers for a year due to several law suits pertaining to accidents.
