Good case for legalization.

I agree. The only thing I might add is that he'll be retired when that happens, then he can smoke himself silly!

Personally I have no sympathy for him OR anyone with a DWI. You get caught, it's illegal, end of story. If you do it and get caught stop whining lile a little B, you knew what the consequences were prior to your actions.

Not quite... More like 2 cows, a calf, three ducks and a chicken. No way you are finding a job. Most companies that drug test (not just in truck driving) will not hire someone who failed a random for several years.

Good luck with your search. McDonald's down here isn't even hiring people to flip burgers right now. Its not just an employers market in trucking, its the entire economy.

Alcohol isn't a good thing except that it is legal to drink it, just not legal to be under the influence of it.

The tolerance of people for it varies, hard and fast amounts considered intoxicated keep getting lowered, and any detectable on a post accident or random drug test is too much.

The mouth wash and cough medicine thing is nuts as well.
