just got CDL , anyone knows a good company to work for near Pittsburgh??

Hello , I just got my CDL , anyone knows a good company to work for around Pittsburgh?? or any decent company that takes people with no experience????thanks

Try PGT out of Monoco, Pa. Flat bed operation. Mostly E. Coast.

I would say the company I run for but they want at least 2 yrs. most insurance companies want 2 yrs.........other than some of the "Big Brother" companies im not sure of any that go less than 2. I think a company out of Avonmore used to take students, Stivason and Sons I think the owners number at the office is still 724 726 1551, ask for Curt but I cant make any guarantees. Did you go to TDI in Irwin by any chance? they have a real good placement program

there's not alot around here going on right now, it's not construction season, so thats out. If your willing to drive OTR you may have to look into some of the larger companies with terminals near pittsburgh. If you have Hazmat you may want to look into some home heating oil delivery companies.

U may want to try local grocey store driver I think but they may require some experience.
