New England Produce Center in Everett MA

Have any of you reefer drivers ever brought produce to the New England Produce Center in Everett, Massachusetts?

I grew up a few cities away and always saw many OTR trucks, and reading posts and seeing so many drivers posting from everywhere in the USA I was just curious.

I may have years ago, can't remember. I do remember delivering MandM Mars candy loads to Norwood, Ma. quite a few times. (early 80's)

I did, but like Allow Me, it was so long ago I do not remember much. I think they charged us to get in, and to back in, but that may have been Chelsea.

Chelsea definantly charges an entrance fee... was there 2 nights ago. 25 bucks

U2, when I was there, (30 years ago) it was 10 or 15. Guess inflation ain't hit hard there, huh? lol

i'm lost here.why do truckers have to pay to make deliveries and whose money is being spent?i'm in new england and about to enroll in trucking school and i'm doing as much recon as possible.

i go to the the produce center a couple of times a year...every time they try to charge me to get in i tell them to go screw and drive right in..never had a problem when i've done that.they think they can get away with it because most drivers will pay..next time you go there just laugh at them and drive right on in.,

My company re-imburses me, so I dont really care.

ive been to produse market alot in a straight rig, they can charge crap thats the gate keeper pocketing the $$ so tell him to piss off, and i live in mass
