And what was that post about FedEx employees thinking about bringing in the union ? If they want to be union they better just leave FedEx and go to UPS or USPS . FedEx will have no problem holding out on a contract . FedEx Custom Critical and FedEx Ground are all O/O . It wouldn't be hard to do the same with FedEx Express . Contract out multi route contracts and get rid of all employee drivers .

I think they'd have a more difficult time doing that with the Freight side. They've been talkin' union for a long time. If they did that though, they'd be even more screwed than they are now.
