FedEx Wins Another Teamster-Contractor Legal Battle - Kind Of Good News, But On To The Next One

Analysis

The expectation was that a left-leaning State would produce a jury that would rule against non-union FedEx. It was not to be. The Teamsters battle in Washington State Court on behalf of disillusioned ex-FedEx Ground contractors ended up with a jury siding with FedEx.
