FedEx National LTL O/O's and company Hello all. I was wondering how much does FedEx National LTL pay their O/O and company drivers. Thanks if you can answer my question.

Iam not sure about O/O get I think 95 cents an mile,Were very busy now and every one is running there butts off,Company drivers get .5450 an mile after 1 year,22.05 an hour,this is also the delay pay,11.05 for hooking sets,the same for breaking them down .

$.95 sounds cheap if the company guys are geeting more than half of that.

At the west coast FedEx National Ltl terminal they pay their contractors around 1.00-1.10 per mile w/o fsc that is what i was told by their company supervisor.

I got home today. No time this trip home. I think I am going to be home next week. I got a load 80 miles from the house. Lots of time on it so I am doing my 34hr reset.
