Removable? I've never used THOSE but they sound pretty nifty.
For what It's worth. I love Ratchet Binders! The ones I use don't have removable handles but my only thought Is how to they lock in place? With stationary handle ratchet binders you just keep them locked over to the tighten position and back them up against either the deck or your cargo. I'm sure you know all this already though. Sorry If I'm just telling you junk you already know. lol
I'm interested in hearing from someone who HAS used them though.

I don't have any experience with them. But from the looks of them they look like a real knuckle buster. Before ordering I would try to find one and get a little hands on with it to ensure its a good design. Be sure to share your experience with it

They use a jam nut on one end, to keep from backing off.

Cool binder, I seen one that the handle went side ways after using it. Yellow and looked cool, the driver said his boss got them somewhere but for the life of me have no clue where they came from.

I had 3 of them and I broke the pin on 2 oof them and I quit using them. I know you run them and you seem to have better luck than I did. Luckily TarpStop gave me full credit for them and I just bought all Durabilt LDR-38's and as long as I keep them oiled I haven't had any problems. Just don't drop them in the sand (like I did twice) because they will seize up in a instant !!!
