For flatbed you should look at Maverick, TMC, and also Prime Inc have a flatbed division to.

I'd say Boyd, but I don't think we have a lot of freight in KY.

Maybe try google a bit, do some research. There could be HUNDREDS of smalll companies in that area, it doesn't have to be a mega carrier.
