Firestone F560 and the Yokohamas ave served me well. Yoko's are about $360 at most Loves and the Firestone and Bridgestones are about $380ish at Loves.

Trying out 2 Bridgestone and 2 Double coins right now. Both have about 25k on them and doing ok. I got the Doublecoins for $299 at a place in Indiana. I needed something and didnt wanted to run any of the other crud they had. If I get another 8 months out of them they will have served their purpose. If more,.. well maybe I'll buy some more.

Until someone comes out with something better the XZA3 is the only steer tire I'll run. I've got a guy in Tampa that will sell them to me for $540 and then make his money on mounting and balancing them for me.

Tires for the trailer or the tractor? I have used the Firestone 560, but like the BF goodrich 350 better, But then I have 255x70R22.5 trailer tires. The 160.00 caps are on a grade B casing, usually at least the second time the tire has been recapped. You get what you pay for. Continental has a HTL tire that has lower rolling resistance than most, nut have not tried it yet.

Nope, not second time. In fact, they were my old casings from my drives. Cost me $1,280 for 8 LP24.5. Actually $1,120. I got $20 credit since they were my old tires.
