Which lights should be for brake and turn? Im thinking all 4" will be brakes and running lights w/turns split to light up each side?

Nice! I look forward to seeing some pics of them installed.

EDIT: Now I see the edit,
    that sounds good to me!

Unless you wanted to dedicate the two bottom 4" lights on the center piece to brake only... Up to you.

    Riprap Thanks this.

I would do all lights lit for running/tail with the center 4" for brakes and the outside 4" lights for turn. That's just me.

You know, I do mine a little different. I make sure at least one light on each side is normally off, and make it so both wires are wired for a brake light. That way, when my brake lights come on, a light that was not shining at all shines real bright. Seems to get attention a little bit better.Same with turn.
I would make my middle 2 running lights, with the inner of those two wired for brake light also, the other middle one wired for for turn, and the outside light for turn, using both wires for the turn light.
A pile of marker/ running lights on the rear looks cool, but I want something to call quick attention to what is going on.
My reasoning, again, is because when you see nothing , then a real bright light, it will catch your attention quicker than a dull light getting brighter.

    Makes sense ?

    Where's the reverse lights?

My vote: I'd leave the center 4"ers marker/stop since center brake lights are common. Marker/stop/turn for the flap hangers.

I hooked what would have been the mud flap hanger three, to the brake ,and of course the left and right turn signals. The center panel is just tail lights, but, I swapped two out for reverse lights...terrible pic but if you zoom in you'll see the clear led back up lights. This pic is just tail lights on LEDs are so awesome. IMG_20150321_155941_864.jpg .! Hope to see yours soon!
