Looks like you have the new style integrated Revolution side rail. I'd be calling a few Fontaine dealers and see what they say. I'd also call Fontaine and find out what the repair procedure is for that rail.

used to be that you can not section an Alum rub rail, had to install a whole new long single piece..
Wonder if that's changed over the years -
As far as damage and repair. I cheated with my load leveler once, doing a load of pipe. I didnt chain the leveler to keep it from being able to move forward or backward. I always chain the front of the pipe to prevent it from hitting my cab, so didnt think much about it. As fate would have it,.. 20 mi after getting loaded I had a car stop short at a traffic light that turned yellow. Funny thing is I was back far enough that I didnt really have to jamb on my brakes too hard,.. but it was enough for the sides to rip the stake pocket and the leveler to fall forward. Fontaine said both rails needed to be replaced in order for it to be repaired 'Properly'. I didnt get the price,.. but I'm sure its in the $5k+ range. Waited till I got home and had a shop I use in Ocala repair it. They did an excellent job. Can hardly tell. Cost me $280.
But ouch,.. looking at the pic,.. its thats the same rail I have,.. man that was a pretty good whack.
