I dont see any of this stuff on here happening here. I started with a slanted view as I do most companies. So far everything they said in orientation is true, been true, or backed up. If truck needs work, it gets fixed. Yes, I have had to wait a day or 2 for a load, but mostly, im always loaded and working, and good steady miles every week. Equipment seems to be top notch, trucks and trailers, maintenance is top notch. If you cant make your load legally, a relay is usually set up. Staying in touch and communication seems to be key in this department. I get good hometime, and if I need to get home, they dedhead me. I understand im not paid for that, but is expected. I also understand u cant dedhead long distance unless absolutely no other choice as well. costs of running a truck these days are astronomical, and many drivers seem to forget that. Fuel stops don't seem to be an issue, but some of the "routing" is and that is being worked on. For the most part, I dont see a problem with the routes, but in certain cases, a proper qc message and legal reason will get you an ok to deviate from the "required route" listing. I dont expect them to be perfect, but seems to be a good company so far for me.

If packerfan11 can not answer your question. Please ask it and I will take a stab at it.I am a floriili driver.I have a perfectly clean mvr, and no accidents except 2 deer commiting suicide on the front of my truck.I live 26 miles north of Davenport,Ia.Getting home is no problem.I have no maintnence issues with the truck I drove and am driving.I retired one truck and am driving a new one.Communication is the key with any job.At floriili it is that way.The miles have been down a bit, but are climbing.Keep in mind florilli does not haul cheap broker feight.Yes the truck is governed at 62 mph.Yes they perfer you to control your idle time.I just came out of a truck with a tripac. Now I do not have one.It is not hard and really I am just as comfortable in this truck.
Being employed here is what you make it. As for Brad Jones: He is not married to the bosses daughter.he is married tom the bosses step daughter.I have known this company for a long while (being from their area).Do your job, do it legal, do it on time, and you will be just fine here.
