Red face Floirri is this the right place 4 you, not for me

I found this company via this site, and since there wasn't anything said about them, I decided to give them a try. If you are a Per-Diem person then this is the right place 4 you, they do 30% per cent of your gross (there is NO opt out). They'll tell you 2 hit the road. If you have a license don't worry about the drive test - they don't give em. Go with money in your wallet because if you don't make it (for whatever reason) they kick your butt 2 the door and kick you out of your hotel room.
Want 2 drive a fork lift but having no training not 2 worry they issue you a card stating that you have had the training and passed the course. Mind you; you send 2 days at the hotel (Coralville, IA), then they take you to West Liberty, IA (the main thermal) more like a huge 3 truck garage, there is NO trucks or trailers at that location (no room for them) then they finally drive you to Davenport, IA that is where you get the truck and you will not see one forklift during that whole time.
Good news they don't have a leasing program but hope your truck doesn't break down because they have it in writing "the driver will accrue any and all cost resulting in any repairs resulting from lack of a through pre or post inspection. Bottom line it is out of your pocket.
They have TRI-Packs on they're trucks the problem is, if there is a problem with them since they are outdated they won't fix them. Hope to heck your a/c dies they won't fix it, they will check the out side temp tell you it's nice outside (even if it is over 90 in your truck) and expect you to sleep during the day. If you are in need of a/c they will deadhead you to Davenport but you will not be paid any money because they don't pay if it has anything to do with repairs. I talk from experience my a/c died in Arvin, CA in the heat of the day. They told me that they did me a favor by booking the load for me to Oregon (they don't do northwest) so roll down the windows. My Fleet Manger (who had never driven a rig) said after I deliver they will fix my a/c, lets just say I did my part. There was a
place in Corberg OR who could have worked on getting it fixed on the 8th it would have cost them some money so they sent me to Wapato, WA was to deliver in Monroe, GA but they forgot to add in the load assignment there was a delivery first in Montgomery, AL
One more thing they don't pay you for how much experience they start you out at .35 per mile even if you have 10 years of driving.

In Closing all i can say - You've been warned

More on Florilli

I have more information on this company. If they ask you to bring your rig in for repairs you will not be paid for the miles from point "A" to "B"
then they will ask you to take the truck/trailer to have it inspection or serviced. If your A/C breaks down anywhere in the US you will be told to drive with the windows down and you won't be able to have it serviced on the road, you will be told you will need to have it repaired in Davenport, IA # Truck Country their Service Center. If you deceide to work for this company. PLEASE be advised - don't believe everything they tell you. They shut me down 4 over ten hours w/ my A/C broke (99 degree heat) and would not pay for any type of relief (no hotel)

more bad news: This company has "Per Diem" and you can not OPT out. I was getting .35 per mile. ( I no longer work for this company). When I opened my Settlement letter, I was was really upset to see what Floilli idea of 30% of Gross really looked like. It turns out that they were paying me .24 per mile. Somebody needs to back to school. They take almost 34% of the gross.

Could have told you THAT 10 years ago. The only reason that the VP of Operation Mr Jones has his job still is he is MARRIED TO THE BOSSES DAUGHTER. Lets see here I drove for them 10 years ago and Maury the owner was shoving more coke and smack up his nose than the DEA finds in Miami in a month. Hell he had me hauling it to the freaking yard were he would unload then have me finish my load. Ever get paid for a load from Nogales to Chicago with a drop in W Liberty IA I did all the freaking time. I prayed all the time that info came across I would not get stopped for speeding or have a drug dog run since I knew the sucker would hit and lord help me then.

This guy sold his top drivers truck out from under him why it became a collectors truck and someone offered him enough green to make it worth shootintg his #1 driver in the back while he was sitting in Denver delivering a load he was told clean your truck out and go to penske and get a rental to come back to Davenport.

I'm having trouble believing this myself. But I get this feeling that Florilli isn't a good company for the more standard reasons.

How is it disrespectful to call someone out on what is obviously a blatant and outright lie? If anything, it is disrespectful of ironeagle to be slandering a company and their management. Accusing the owner of a trucking company of being a drug user and using his drivers to run drugs for him is a SERIOUS accusation that could land many people in hot water. If anything, you should be THANKING me for pointing it out.
