Have you looked into the specific LinkedIn groups? The catch 22 is that since agents are in it for themselves they don't liberally give out their success stories. We have a series of initiatives internally but nothing to advise outside the company.

Easy now. I didn't see anything wrong in here. Seems to me like he was just trying to help.

Would anyone know of a company where they hire new agents or even a small brokerage that needs help and will mentor or train? I will pay for training. Not looking for "brokerage schools"

Typically they want you to have your own book of business.

It's absolutely doable, especially up in the northeast as I don't believe we have too many agents up your direction. The best thing to do would be to get with another agent, have them check to see if your accounts are open to pursue and then come on as a sub-agent until you learn the ropes. Sign a contract with the understanding that your accounts are yours alone and when you are trained up, you will be leaving and they will receive a set amount of the commission for a certain number of days after your departure as compensation for training you.

every time I call them I get the "Please hold while we see if it still available" I love calling them because I know the load is gone and for more money with another agent. I mean is it to hard to ask for more than $2/mi?
