I wanted to give kudos to F2F. Got a call Saturday evening on a load I had just been tendered (yeah, we work weekends here too... crazy huh?) to me by one of our customers. One of the F2F O/O's briefly discussed the details about the load and requested slightly more than I had the load posted for, which I didn't mind at all. The entire time he was 100% professional and friendly on the phone. He was punctual on getting the rate confirmation back and advised he'd be in touch. The next morning he was loaded and rolling before 8am and delivered next day and was empty by 9am. Throughout the load he remained in contact to advise when he was loaded and empty. I couldn't have asked for better service. The only thing wrong was his name... Martin, Mike, Michael... I felt so bad I couldn't understand what he was saying. Finally got it. Overall, I was very appreciative of the excellent job he did.

F2F wound up picking up another load a driver fell off of over the weekend on Monday and really helping us out. I was very appreciative of that help. To top it off, I got an email from the 'Big Bald Legend' himself thanking us for the business. That's how you make people remember you! Thanks for the excellent work guys!:biggrin_25525:

Hey-How are you? It's always good to hear how well some things work.Effective communication is a huge part in making things work from both sides.Other than seeing a truck or two from Farm2Fleet on some highway and what i've read here about them and you,i don't know anything about either of you.I'm impressed enough to think the trucker life would be a lot easier if stories like this were a larger percentage of the freight business.Take care.Brian

Was that the load I emailed about? Please don't disclose pickup point publicly. I was right on top of it,yeah sometimes I work weekends too, I was already booked thru Monday though but sometimes our other trucks are around too. We sometimes pass leads on freight around amongst drivers and share broker contacts too. What you saw was how we roll always like to hear feedback. Glad it worked out good job Jess and John!
