Broker out of business??

    How can I find out if a broker went out of business for sure? Aside from the obvious (disconnected phones, zero email response)

    Not sure if I should post broker name here and see if anyone else is having problems getting paid too

    Great, I'll each out to their insurance company and try to get the ball rolling on a claim. Hopefully it's not as big a headache as I'm assuming it will be, although that's wishful thinking on my end probably.

    Good morning All- RWH Logistics, Inc. out of Oakwood, GA had their bond
    revoked yesterday. This means there has been more money in claims filed
    against their Surety than the insurance company will pay out. There is
    absolutely no reason to delay the collection process. We need to get any
    outstanding RWH Logistics invoices placed for collections immediately. Feel

    Oy, and I literally just finished collecting from DirectLine Transportation about a month ago. Thankfully we had our invoices paid in full.

    Having troubles with DirectLine as we speak. Think they are in the middle of shutting it down. I'd steer clear.

    I had to collect through the BBB. DirectLine has (or at least had last I dealt with them) an A+ rating so they tried to defend that. Get ready to have your collections story spinned by their accounting team, they'll say you never invoiced them and you've never tried getting ahold of them bla bla bla. At the end of the day they paid out, you may want to try that avenue.
