Be careful when using this company. In my opinion they are double brokering. We arrived for a load at 1330 after the dispatcher confirmed to the driver the address and PU #. At 1700 he was told someone else picked up the load. Quality claimed my OPS MGR had cancelled the load (I guess that is why he sent the truck in) They offered $150 for truck ordered not used and I told them that was for an immediate release upon arrival not 3 1/2 hours and they said no detention. They called back 15 minutes after we had redirected our truck and said they now had another load at the same shipper. When we again requested detention they said "no way" and we refused it.
In our opinion they are double booking and we will never pull for them again.
