    Their authority is still active for 2 more days, but their insurance gave notice 11/12 & it'll be pulled 12/12. Their phones have been down for weeks & their US website went down yesterday, though their Canadian website is still up. BB collects put out a notice 11/19.

    Ok I might have a bit of a situation here.
    I picked up a load through a Cdn broker (no bond) on dec 5 and delivered it dec 9 to Transcold. Ontario to Alberta. Quick pay not an option, it has to be decided before the load is arranged and I have already billed them. This broker has always paid me as per 30 day agreement. I never do their quick pay because it is 3%.

    Any action I should be taking here? Wait and see if the cheque comes? Call them or not call them as to raise any red flags about them going under?

    I forgot to think before typing all that out.

    Delivered to Transcold distribution. Broker is not transcold or mckay ... it looks like the broker went under, not the actual cold storage facility ... ?

    How long does it take the fmcsa to revoke authority? They're still shown as active even though they now have no insurance on file...
