those are ripoffs only way to do it is hands on ex get a job as a dispatcher for a while

 

Hi wanted to know if you ever got into dispatching? if not I can provide some insight on a class I took.

 

I am an independent for car haulers and I truly love what I do. I'm good at it and I make them a ton of money. Increasing my client base is next to impossible. I would also like to do freight but I am unfamiliar with it therefore I stay the heck away from it. Dispatching is a great job but too many go into it thinking it's a quick buck when it shouldn't be. If you aren't there for your drivers and they can't trust you it's going to make for some difficult relationships.
I guess what I am saying in a very long winded way is that if you don't have experience get a job or a mentor where you will have some training. If you already have the training then you should just find some clients.
