I've used them in the past and have had good luck with them. I would try to stay with your better known, larger brokers when you first start out.

New to the boards and website. Let me ask this of the O/O and company drivers out there. What do you look for in a broker, or trying a new broker? Reason I ask is I am one just received Authority and want to treat the drivers fairly. I am the daughter of a O/O so I have heard the horror stories. BUt I would like input from others out there

Can any truckers who deal w/ HUB Group tell me the normal ADP for their loads? I currently have 4 clients that have outstanding A/R w/ HUB at over 70 days. I know my carriers will EVENTUALLY get paid, but it seems ridiculous that a company of this size & stature is averaging between 70-100 days to pay. Just trying to find out if independent truckers are having this same issue, or if HUB is singling out factored loads in their attempt to pad their Quarterly Revenue Report(which was recently released & shows them making record profits for Q2 2012).

You look for good credit. When you are taking a load make sure you are not responsible for no unloading, pallet exchange etc because a lot of them dont reimburse you that money unless you ask for it upfront.

These brokers dont adhere to no morals or ethics. For them its all about how much they can put in their pocket.
