Absolutely we talked with these people for about five months before deciding to run for them exclusively. As a result of no agreement there was NO trailer agreement. This guy just decided that we should either haul the trailer to his backyard or he was going to pilfer our last load. Again your right that's why we're posting this because even although a few weeks it was gradual. We were anxious to get going. He played off that. We did sign and submit a Carrier Agreement which they never returned. We ran into another o/o who used to work with them and they strung this guy along for over a year and a half. He verified ALL our concerns which filled in all the missing pieces. The other guy up here is right. This is important info that people who are trying to run an honest truck need to know before commiting. This guy believes that these types if exchanges are just like horse trading or an acceptable part of the business. Yeah right. The people we are involved with now did everything right from the start. We are thankful of that guy that helped reveal these people this is our way of saying thanks.

I spent a lot of time working to increase broker bonds a few years ago from $10,000 to $750,000..
When you haul for a broker you are giving them credit..Check out brokers before you deal with one,, Be sure you understand and know the payment agreement .
Don't be afraid to ask for quick pay with no fees from any broker you are not sure about, If and when you do not receive payment as agreed on time file against their bond right away, You agree to haul the load and meet all your obligations as a transporter and the broker who does not abide with the payment as agreed is not worth doing business with. Some thing else to you should understand is if the rate seems too good to be true then it might be that you will not get paid.
Some broker scumbags will promise you a very high freight rate to sucker you in, An other important thing is to spread out your risk. You don't want to put all your eggs in one brokers basket.

Might want to be careful with what you are trying to accuse them of,

Would love to hear an actual example of what you think happened rather than generalities, can you prove they are paying themselves a commission on top of a dispatch fee? Would love to see it...

Keep in mind this is a dispatch service. Not a broker. They have no MC#, no co broker agreement, etc.... Page 6 "you will not send this paperwork to carrier" Page 7 "do not send any paperwork from shipper pro to broker!!!!!!!!" Page 8 "

They don't need a MC# or a co-broker agreement, the only thing they need is power of attorney from carriers in order to represent them,

No, you don't send the dispatch company paperwork to the broker, you send the carrier's paperwork that you are representing.

Again, what exactly do you think they are doing wrong?

#1 they are not sending the carrier the REAL ORIGINAL RATE SHEET from the broker who actually is selling the load, they are creating a FAKE rate sheet in their software subtracting a commission. This is the only rate sheet the carrier sees. This rate sheet has TLO Logistics USA broker info on it, when in fact TLO never owned the load, they are not the real broker so THEY CAN'T BROKER THE LOAD. The carrier does not get any documentation from the REAL broker, such as the carrier/broker agreement that is being filled out and submitted on their behalf and the rate sheet. Carrier does not know the REAL RATE he was paid by the REAL BROKER. The carrier has an agreement with a dispatch service and they are supposed to get the ORIGINAL rate sheets and dispatchers are only supposed to get a percentage per their agreement NOT COMMISSION that the carrier doesn't even know about as well.
