If I agree to move a load for a broker and a 30 day term to get paid is agreed upon and I don't get paid , I start the claim process against their bond.

It doesn't matter to me if the broker gets paid or not, I completed the load, I have signed BOL, signed rate conformation sheet, certified mail paperwork and I expect to be paid in within our agreed 30 day time period.

If not, I start the process for a claim against the brokers bond# which I obtain before I start the agreed upon service that I perform for a particular broker.

I haven't heard of them, are you hauling flat or van? As far as brokers go I like CH Robinson.

I got my reefer loaded w/them, a dry load....

CH Robinson is a reputable broker to haul for.
They are independent offices, never had a problem with CH Robinson.

NO one is going to help us 99.9% of freight is back haul freight the load boards will not help a lot of them are owned by brokage companys i have been on a lot of boards thay all have the same freight on them some companys rates are higher then others but you think you are getting a better rate but your not it is still lower than a back haul rate. years ago we did not have back hauls it was the same going and back. the brocker invented the back haul to line there pockets with cash and i have had some of them tell me, why shoud i give it to you when i can put in my pocket. and here are some of the load boards i am on at this time. [ooida member edge no help at all with rates ] realtime freight, 123 load board. internet truckstop, bid freight.com,bestbid shipping, truck loads.net,tql board has 0 on it,live loasd.com a joke, jones evey time i go on 0 loads pls joke, u ship.com,I CAN GO ON THEY ALL THE SAME
