How to disable 2007 EPA check system for exporting purpose?

Dear friends,

I am currently exporting used Freightliner trucks out of the country. Recently, I am having trouble with the 2007 EPA check system. I need to disable/take out the new system in order for the truck can use the diesel in my country. I am looking for great mechanics can help me deal with this problem. I am paying good money.
