We have a Series 60 in a 2002 freightliner that just turned over a million miles(Its a non egr engine). Today it shut down for low coolant. Tried adding coolant, found coolant running out at flex pipe as fast as we filled it. Sounds like a head or head gasket? Any input? Thanks.
Coolant coming out of exhaust pipe.Series 60.

Probably there is little cups the injectors sit on and if the o rings wear out which they do with those kind of miles they tend to let water seep through my guess

When you take off the cap to your coolant reservoir can you smell fuel or is it slippery to the touch. I had a similar problem and my injector cup seals were cracked. Thought it was head gasket but fixing seals on injector cups was a little cheaper.

Injector cups might be. Have to remove head on 12.7 and have them installed. You need to remove head anyway with that amount of water flow and have it checked. You might need a head.
With that many miles you might need to weigh the plus/minuses of inframe at this time. -
I sugest bad head gasket ore bad injector sleeves.
