Oh yea my truck is a 2002 freightliner century with a det 60 10 spd
-
first off all look at voltmeter gauge on yoir dashboard to check charge voltage. Normally is 13-14.7 V
-
Sorry for the late response but yea when I start the truck the voltmeter reads a little under 14v the truck starts up with no problem every time but the no charge light is still on any clue? Thanks for the response pablo

there is wire on alternator, thin, it EU marked D+ and there is ~output from alternator marked as W, these wires are used for alternator test. If one of these wires is broken light is on with good alternator well charging batteries, so inspect thin wires and terminals on alternator

yea ill check those wires when i get back i been out on the road but i should be back today when ever walmart is done with me. been here 6 + hours already in apple valley
