Is there anywhere I could get a complete list of fault codes for my Detroit 60 Series 2009 Cascadia? I couldn't find anything here and when I searched the internet I just got garbage or I got codes that did not look like mine. Mine all seem to be 4-digit codes. (Also sometimes I call my company's mechanics but their list seems to be abbreviated) thanks!

What is giving you 4 digit fault codes? You have several modules in that truck that can have fault codes. The S60 engine flash codes are all 2 or 3 digit. Your dash display will not give you fault codes (if that is what you're looking at). It will only tell you which module has the fault, ECU128 is the motor control module (MCM) for example. You have several modules that can have fault codes. You have a MCM, CPC, chassis SAM, Cabin SAM, Central Gateway, ABS, MSF, HVAC module. There can be a few more too depending on options.

Usually i just get them from the tiny blinking engines on the dash, red and yellow, after i hit the override switch. Like yesterday I got 1554 which i found out from my company mechanic has to do with low or high pressure coming out of the dpf into the exhaust pipe (got this problem fixed already). And also i got a 2351 which has something to do with the cruise control (I havent worried about this one yet because my cruise has been working for the most part) :) This is how I was told to do it a long time ago from someone...i forget who....so usually i get them this way. They are always 4 digits, and i can tell this because they repeat into a pattern. thanks!

Thanks - yeah something like that only for my detroit 60, which gives me 4-digit codes. Judging by what grapeape said, maybe all detroit 60 series engines dont give the same codes (???). Weird....i just know mine are all 4-digits, at least the ones i typically get! thanks again :)

Wow, those codes make no sense to me. For high or low DPF outlet pressure, the fault code is 102 with an SPN of 3251 (which could be your 2351, just a typo?). I found a code for adaptive cruise, code 85 SPN 1590. There's a few other cruise faults, but only 2 digit codes and 3 digit SPN's.

I'm guessing that the 4 digits that you are getting are the SPN's, which are 3 or 4 digits for your engine. I'll try to figure out a way to get a list to post or email. Right now I'm looking at the codes file in DDDL, which I can not copy/paste. I might be able to print to file and copy from there. Give me a few days on this, I'll have time this weekend.

Well, I was reading that wrong, in DDDL they have the page # first, not the flash codes like the older Diagnostic Link, so those codes #'s im my last post were actually page #'s for the troubleshooting. I'm pretty sure your getting the SPN #'s and I can get a list of those pretty easy I think. What I can't do easily is show you the FMI's for each code. I'll post them in the Fault Code Wed Links thread, no sense in hiding them here.

This is really getting close i think but still these aren't for my truck....or maybe they are but they are not complete, because the codes i have been getting are not listed :) Thanks for all your help! I will get with my company and try to figure which ddec i have, maybe that will help narrow it down. My company has the right list but they have no way to get it to me, and they dont seem to be able to tell me what the list is called. Crazy!! With all the technology there is on this truck, i should just be able to push a button and see actual words that tell me what's wrong! again thanks for all the help!
