    hello all,
i purchased a defective 3-way splitter and it caused my 12 volt acc plugs to stop working. i found the fuse for plug by driver seat on the dash in fuse panel. 2007 freightliner century. cant find fuse for 12 volt plug at control panel in sleeper or 12 volt plug where tv usually goes. dont know if these plugs are tied together or on separate fuses. for the life of me i cant see them in main fuse panel under passenger side dash. one fuse clearly marked cigar, that controls front dash plug. any ideas would help.
    Thanks

Some trucks have another fuse box by the passenger door or in the sleeper near the hvac controls

Both door pillars have an access door, and the tv one should be on the passenger side, the bunk one probably on the drivers side.

That's the way it was on a 2008 Columbia.

I've had the actual socket go bad. Swapped it out and it was just fine.

Whoohoo, thanks to all for your assistance. yes, there are panels on the door pillars. on the passenger side there are no fuses, howsomever, on the driver side there is a sweet little power distribution box (sub panel) for the sleeper and sure enough, 2 blown 15 amp fuses. i wish i could tell that driver i asked at the atlanta petro where that panel is, he has owned his freightliner for 4 yrs and his plug stop working 1 wk after he bought his truck. thanks again to all. drive far and keep her between the ditches.
