Injection pump issue. ( So I would think if the injectors are new as you have stated) Dirty air filter,& compression, is where I would start.. Just a old auto /diesel Techs thought for ya..

Last time you had an overhead done? I would be checking air flow big time also
TBT 5150 Thanks this. -
check cac too

What engine?

12.7 ....60 series Detroit....non EGR

Yea what he said, do the overhead, if it wasn't done when you had the injectors change. Also have your charge air tested for leakage. When I had my CAC checked he took it loose at the turbo and let everything else hooked up into the engine. Doing it this way you check not only the Charge Air Cooler, but also your two hoses and your intake manifold. You should be able to get this done for under $500. My truck was getting very poor fuel mileage, like 6.3 mpg got the overhead done went to 7.7 on paper.
