There on the right side of the block held in with a 3/8 bolt remove bolt use a long flat screw driver and gently apply pressure between mounting flange and block once free twist while pulling.grease new one with motorplate and firmly press they can be a pain to get in might have to work it some.then tourqe to I belive 212 inch pounds or roughly 18ft,I will advise you to replace the nozzle as they are plastic and can become brittle and break

If they are leaking you need a new "O" ring if they are loose able to wiggle the pieces replace them, do blow threw then, backwards, to be sure they are not plugged. To remove them I turn them about twenty degrees then put a small screw driver under the lip and gently pull them out, clean the bore with a telfa pad and wipe it clean then blow it out, if able I use synthetic gear oil, as a lubricant, put the nozzle in then out a bit then put the bolt in a few threads, then pop it in buy hand with a long screw driver handle round end.
Works for me, 18 ft lbs sounds right for the torque.

Yep, like they mentioned, make sure install complete new nozzles, not just the orings. The nozzles are only plastic and get brittle over time and can break.

We serviced a fleet of N14's and never saw a nozzle broken or apart, I did see them where the pieces were loose and replaced them. I have no idea what the price of the nozzles would be, but we never did it, and I believe they are a fibre. If you believe they should be replaced because the "O" ring leaks, what about when you pull a kit. I replace parts that are defective, not Just because.
    Just a thought!

I had one break off while I was driving down the road a few years ago. The whole set of 6 was $36 then. I Carry a couple with me at all times.

Spoken like a mechanic, not a driver. We replace, sometimes just because!

It costs more over the road to replace something that could have been replaced cheaper at our yard. EX. we replace Alternators every 2 years, whether they are still good and still charging. To us DRIVERS. it is way cheaper to invest in parts than to get hit in the wallet when something breaks causing catastropic results.

Injector nozzles do break. You may NOT have seen any broken, but they do break. That alone will cause us to do preventative maintenance than cause it to kill a cylinder. A few bucks to replace them makes me sleep better at night.
