the better truck?

For the Cascadia better a 011@ modell,the 387 have to much wiringproblems

 

a Pete is better bilt truck period..... Freightshakers are cheap and good bang for the buck, if all you want is cheap truck.

 

if you are handy with a wrench, grab a 2006 379 Pete!

 

My vote goes to the Pete.

Cascadia is completely multi-plexed, there is very little you can repair yourself when it comes to wiring unless you have ServiceLink software.

The Pete's multi-plexing is limited to the instruments and has very few problems. I'm assuming it's a C15 Cat, which has some issues, but not as many as the regen and DEF 2010's.

 

all trucks are cheaply made pete just sells its name for a higher price. seriously i hate the bs line of pete is better than any truck. the same #### plastic materail same crap plastic bodies mixed with a little fiberglass and metal here and there. same crap motors. bottom line is finding what motors have what issues what the trucks life has been like. than go from there. biggest difference in trucks is the layout. saying a pete is better is like saying a harley is better. ive seen hondas out run out ride and out last harleys many times. with a pete that extra money is just buying that pretty lable and nothing else. heck i drove a pete that stayed in the shop with an 07 c 15. talking with the guys in the shop they said things at pete are a joke they dont even know how to fix their own paccar motors......

 

oh and i vote for neither dont like the c 15 dont like the freightliner setup. i would prefer a classic or fld120

 

Please freightshakers are junk petes are better and when you go to sale your truck youll be thankful btw get one with a cummins all the others are terrible in this day and age

 

My answer is based on my experiences of driving many trucks...... Petes are better period

 

Cascadia hands down. The 387 Pete is a pile of #####. If you want a quality built Pete get a 379 or 389.
