I get a flash code of 63: PWM drive short to bat (+) or open. What exactly is that. When I shut off and restart truck it clears and a 74: opt idle safety loop short to ground comes up. Cruise won't engage. After hitting the cruise switch a few times the check engine comes back and flash code 63.
