frieghtliner 2006 got problem

hello truckers..
i m new in this forum..i been here lot of times but nevar got chance to make an account here..finally i m here..
i would like to ask u something abt frieghtliner 06 century class.

i have fl 06 century.. runs preety gud..but i have found a problem it showing ACTIVE FAULTS 1 on dashboard once i found what is code i didnt understand..
it saying HVAC2 controller NoRESP 200s254 07.
and another problem is when i m driving and when truck its litle bitty small bump truck realease accelarate and CHECK ENGINE LIGHT , ENGINE PROTECTED LIGHT AND TRACTOR ABS LIGHT come on...

can u guys help me out what it problem could be?? is that big problem??

Hmmm yes it could be battery's ..because I was working in oil field when I bought this truck..and where I was working that company put blower and PTO on it and they move battery box and they put it next to tyres..I m gonna check all battery circuit by 2morrow..thankx for guidence smellfunny..
