I have a Series 60 and I have fixed almost everything on this truck except the Bull Gear, I have a engine vibration that obviously is causing it to shake. only does this when im driving it not when im idling, anything else that I should look at?
I just did the injectors, the head and the ECM

Hummm . Harmonic Balancer ? Carrier Bearing ? U-joint ? I'd Guess carrier bearing , or u-joint. Start around 60 ? U-joint ,almost certainly . At most any speed , maybe hear a clanging sound , or other unusual noise ? Carrier Bearing. Loose wheels ,maybe , but doubtful.
If your sure its the engine , how many miles on it ? Harmonic Balancer needs to be replaced by 500,000 miles , for sure.Jerryfrancis Thanks this. -
The truck has 3 million km, motor was rebuilt at 2 million km.

PawPaw1 has some good comments, if it happens at a certain road speed regardless of RPM or gear, likely behind the transmission, u-joints, carrier bearing, axles, wheels, etc., if it is strictly RPM related then likely in the engine and if that is the case the harmonic balancer is a good guess.

Yea I had a "mysterious" unknown, couldnt find vibration ordeal for a week. Monday morning leaving the yard the u-joint broke and left the drive shaft lying in the road.
First time in 5 years I ever had to ride a hook.......Pumpkin Oval Head and Jerryfrancis Thank this. -
looks like i may be having to fix the harmonic balancer and bull gear, everything else that was mentioned has been fixed and looked at , unless it may be something else, ....................Thanks for the reply everyone, every suggestions helps

a bull gear is tough to change. 1 case bud lite, better part of a afternoon, b/s time with old friends good day.
Jerryfrancis Thanks this. -
The clutch can also cause rpm related vibrations.
Jerryfrancis Thanks this. -
If the bull gear has 1 mil miles on it. Replace it period. If the bull gear fails. You will be doing a whole inframe on the engine which at 1 million miles I would do anyway.
