    Problem with 2012 Cascadia

    Hello everyone!
As this winter starts, I found really nasty problem with my 2012 Cascadia - when driving through cross wind and blowing snow (common conditions for Canada and Northern States), cold air and snow comes into cab like there is no doors at all. In fact, when conditions are really bad - snow accumulates and stays on inner door panels.
As for today I know about at least 2 other Cascadias with the same problem.
Have talk to Freightliner specialists of different levels - they don't have a clue about what is going on.
Does anyone here come across such a problem?
    Any solutions, ideas. etc.?
    Many thanks for any help.

I have never had that problem , but I drive a 2013 Cascadia , only problem I am having at the present time is my wipers start to leak water for no reason from time to time , also the factory wipers get frosted up and lift from windshield , buy the aerodynamic ones if driving in heavy snow they are great ,only negative I see is they have so much down pressure it leaves rubber marks on the curve of the windshield near the pillar . Also the jake light gets dim sometimes does not even come on but still works , sometimes does not work and the cruise control stops working . I generally don't use cruise but if I am going out to buffalo I will use it sometimes. Otherwise its a decent truck . Not pretty but it does the job.

Have you check the Rubber Seals on the Doors
Just got out of a 2012, didn't have that Problem, although I never took it to Canada.

My 2012 leaks water really bad through the marker lights and the top of the windshield. Only thing I could figure out was that moisture freezing in the rubber gaskets was causing expansion in the cold weather. Once I turned the defrost on and the window area got warm, I had a regular rainstorm coming down.

Cascadia seems to have a problem working working out it's bugs, both electrical and seals like everything else shrink in cold weather.I had one shut down completely half way up a mountain.I also used plummers putty to keep windshield from leaking, even after i was repaired. So maybe it's inherient structually.Try taking off inside door panels, look for tiny gaps same with seals....good luck.U could use foam rubber stuffed inside the doors.
