constant battle as of late.i've tightened the door hinges, stuck the home type window tape all around sleeper door and both cab doors, and keep all the inner screws, well, screwed.HA! i keep all my cac and turbo clamps tightened.exhaust clamps stay snug.interior screws get snugged up.

i realize that most is outside wind speed dependent therefore the wind noise dies down internally the less there is outside yet i want it quieter.

    any other suggestions? thanks

    Home type window tape?
If you want an improvement, get the OEM seals and start replacing them.

Check car stereo retailers or websites for Dynamat or some similar insulation to cut down on rattles and wind noise. Inside door skin, roof, floor, etc.

Check your door hinge as well. I bet it is wore out. Part is about 65.00-70.00 area.

Every Columbia/Century I have seen comes from the factory with the door out of alignment top to bottom. Get some torqux bits, loosen the hinges, and bring the top and bottom of the door even with the cab, then adjust the striker. You will be pleasantly suprised at the noise difference. Pull the whole door in as much as you can and still get it to close fairly decent.

Also, the windshield surround comes loose on these trucks, and needs to be resealed. Check that also. It can make a loud wind noise too.
