Seat replacement cost for newer Cascadia?

cleaning im not worried about, its the seat im worried about. If I seen a seat that looks like mine now I would think some pretty bad stuff about that person, I don't like things to be messed up. I wanna fix it. its still crazy if they charge for a perfectly good seat cause its a different color though, but to me that's the norm here. I like working here but its time to move on from craziness and retarded dispatch systems.

 

how bout pickup in Murfreesboro to Lebanon in. then deadhead back to Murfreesboro to reload. WHAT? or pull this for .98 a mile to a bad reload area because it averages with your last load to 1.25. if your hub miles don't come out to 1.40 or better you are not making money. not the dispatched miles which mine are 1.75. my hub is 1.53. I really like it here, but its time for better opportunities.
